How should I prepare for my headshot?
Wear something that makes you feel confident. Solid colours work great. Avoid busy patterns or logos unless it’s part of your brand.
Do you retouch the photos?
Yes, we lightly retouch to remove blemishes and enhance the image while keeping it natural.
Can I choose my favourite shots?
Absolutely. You'll get access to an online gallery to select your preferred images.
Is there a booking fee?
I take a booking fee to reserve your date the amount depends on which package you
book. This comes off your final balance.
How do we book you?
Once you’re ready, we’ll send over a contract and invoice. A deposit secures your date,
and the remaining balance is due closer to your wedding day.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes — we have special rates for teams and events. Contact us for a custom quote.
Do you charge travel fees?
Local travel is included, but for destinations outside the city or interstate, a travel fee may
apply. We’ll discuss this upfront during our consultation.
Do you provide different background options?
Yes — we offer natural light, studio-style, or branded backgrounds depending on the look you want.
When will we receive our final photos and videos?
Turnaround time is typically 6–8 weeks for photos and 8–10 weeks for videos. We also
send sneak peeks within a few days of your wedding!
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another date (subject to
availability). We’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
Do you have backup equipment?
Always. We carry multiple cameras, lenses, and memory backups so your memories are
safe no matter what.
