We decided to have a photographer to capture some memories at our engagement party and Bikesh definitely captured them! We also decided to do a little shoot along the beach which Bikesh was more than happy to do. What’s your style?
Natural and unobtrusive. We don’t force moments, we capture them as they happen,
whether it’s tears during vows or wild dance moves at midnight.
How far in advance should we book you?
We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 6–12 months in advance to secure
your date, especially during peak wedding season.
Is there a booking fee?
We take a booking fee to reserve your date. The amount depends on which package you book. This comes off your final balance.
How do we book you?
Once you’re ready, we’ll send over a contract and invoice. A deposit secures your date,
and the remaining balance is due closer to your wedding day.
Do you offer both photography and videography services?
Yes! We offer both services individually and as a combined package, which comes with a
discount and additional perks.
What’s included in your wedding packages?
Each wedding photography package includes edited high-resolution images, USB delivery, and an online gallery. Detailed breakdowns are
available on our pricing section.
Do you charge travel fees?
Local travel is included, but for destinations outside the city or interstate, a travel fee may
apply. We’ll discuss this upfront during our consultation.
How many images and/or videos will we receive?
You’ll receive between 400-800+ edited photos, depending on the length of your
coverage. For video, we typically deliver a 2–3 minute teaser, an 8–10 minute wedding film, and a full-length video of the day.
Will all our photos be edited?
Yes. Every image you receive will be professionally edited in our signature style. No raw
or unedited photos are delivered.
When will we receive our final photos and videos?
Turnaround time is typically 3-4 weeks for photos and 6–8 weeks for videos. We also send sneak peeks within a few days of your wedding!
Can we request specific shots or poses?
Absolutely! We love incorporating your vision. You’re welcome to share a shot list or
Pinterest board before the big day.
Do you offer pre-wedding shoots or engagement sessions?
Yes! We offer complimentary pre-wedding shoots with our premium packages and also
offer them as standalone sessions.
Where do photographers stand during the ceremony?
It depends on the officiant. We’re usually in the aisle or behind them, wherever we’re
allowed, always respectful, but ready to capture every moment.
Do you need meals during the wedding day?
Yes, we kindly request that meals be provided for our team during long coverage
(especially full-day events). It keeps us going so we can give you our best!
Do I need two photographers at my wedding?
It’s not a must, but having two photographers means more angles, more guest shots, and
fuller coverage, especially during key moments like prep, ceremony, and speeches.
How many team members will be there on the day?
It depends on your package. Typically, we’ll have 1–2 photographers and 1–2
videographers to ensure full coverage of your day.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another date (subject to
availability). We’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
Do you have backup equipment?
Always. We carry multiple cameras, lenses, and memory backups so your memories are
safe no matter what.
